Shipping policy
Order Processing:
Unless otherwise stated, standard order processing takes about 3-5 business days. After processing, all orders will ship out via either standard UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail. PO Box addresses will only ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.
Tracking information will be emailed to the email provided at checkout once the order is processed for shipment.
Shipping:
All orders ship from our warehouse located in Vista, California. Depending on where you are located, your package can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to be delivered for most orders being shipped within the Contiguous United States. If you are located in Puerto Rico or Hawaii, packages may take as long as 12 or more business days. We cannot guarantee standard shipping times, especially during the holiday season.
Please note that selecting UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day or Next Day Air at checkout will not speed up order processing timelines.
Saturday Deliveries:
For UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipments, RinseKit cannot guarantee the package will arrive “on time” if the date of delivery should fall on a Saturday.
Saturday Delivery rates are handled differently than standard shipping method as they are classified as Value-Added Services. If you are needing your shipment to be delivered on a Saturday, please contact us at 800-613-5764 and we can get a quote for you. RinseKit is not able to refund the cost of shipping associated with late deliveries of non-Saturday Delivery specified packages.
Try Before You Buy Expedited Orders:
RinseKit is not able to refund any expedited shipping fees associated Try Before You Buy orders. It is up to the customer if they choose to select an expedited ship method and they will take responsibility for those shipping fees.
International Shipping:
RinseKit is not responsible for any fees, duties, customs or taxes associated with international orders.
