ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Our One Year Limited Warranty covers workmanship and materials against defect for one year from the date of purchase. During this period, if the product is covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Material refers to the case, tank, or parts. Workmanship refers to construction and assembly. This warranty extends to the original buyer only.
Products purchased from third party retailers, such as (but not limited to) Amazon and Ebay, are not covered by the warranty because we cannot monitor the condition unauthorized sellers offer our products in. In the event you purchased a RinseKit product from Amazon or Ebay, we highly recommend contacting the seller to see if they can provide assistance.
If your RinseKit was a gift, a proof of purchase is still required to validate a warranty claim. If the gifter is not willing to disclose this information to you, they are welcome to complete the warranty form on your behalf.
