Our Return Policy is effective 30 days after receiving your RinseKit. A return will not be approved after the 30-day window. To be eligible for a return, your item:
• Must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Must be within the first 30 days of purchase.
• Must be approved by our team. If not approved, a refund will not be issued.

Before returning your item please ensure the following steps are taken and requirements are met. Failing to do so may result in a restocking fee.

• Please remove ALL WATER from your unit, additionally the exterior of the unit should be dry to the touch and completely empty prior to shipping.
• The unit must arrive back to us with ALL accessories and components intact (including charging cords and any mounts).
• There is no visible sun damage, dirt, or scuff marks.

Please keep in mind:
• We are unable to provide shipping box(es) to you, you are responsible for supplying a box to ship your unit back to us. We strongly encourage keeping the box your unit comes in for the duration of the 30-day return window.
• RinseKit is not able to refund any expedited shipping fees associated with returned orders. It is up to the customer if they choose to select an expedited ship method and they will take responsibility for those shipping fees.

NOTE: 
• All "Refurbished" units are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of the product. These units are still covered under warranty.
• RinseKit is not responsible for any return shipping costs associated with the purchase of a non-compatible accessory. Product pages specify which accessories work with which RinseKit model. You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping fees associated with shipping the non-compatible accessory back to us.
• The PRO Immersion Heater has 2 versions, one being compatible with 2015 and newer Ford vehicles and the other is not. If the incorrect version is purchased, you will have 30 days to notify us and you will be responsible for shipping the non-compatible version back to our warehouse.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you must contact our customer service team BEFORE you ship your returned item. All return(s) must be approved by our team. If not approved, a refund will not be issued. We are not responsible for any returns sent to us without express permission from our customer service team. 

NOTE:
• We are unable to provide shipping box(es) for items being returned. You, the customer, are responsible for supplying a box to ship your unit back to us.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

REFUNDS FOR THIRD-PARTY RETAILER PURCHASES:
If you purchased our products from a retailer, other than RinseKit.com, you must return your item to that retailer. We cannot issue a refund for item(s) not directly purchased through us.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you were approved for a refund and haven’t received it yet:
• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@rinsekit.com.

EXCHANGES

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are within the warranty period. An exchange is not the same as a refund/return. If you need to exchange your item, please fill out our warranty form here. Exchanges and replacements are only available for items of equal or lesser value.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY RETURN POLICY

RinseKit has partnered with Blackcart to offer Try Before You Buy options for the PRO & PRO + Auto Nozzle Bundle. If you choose the Try Before You Buy program, your order will no longer be eligible for our regular 30-Day Return Policy. Your return policy will be replaced with the 3-day return window associated with TBYB orders. Check out our FAQ's for more information.
If you decide that RinseKit is not for you, that’s okay! You can initiate a return within the 3 day Try period through your order portal.

To ensure that you receive your $50 deposit back or are not charged a restocking fee, we ask that the following steps are taken, and requirements are met. Please read our criteria before returning TBYB orders:
• Please remove ALL WATER from your unit, additionally the exterior of the unit should be dry to the touch and completely empty prior to shipping.
• The unit must arrive back to us with ALL accessories and components intact (including charging cords and any mounts).
• The unit must arrive in working, resalable condition.
• There is no visible sun damage, dirt, or scuff marks.

NOTE: 
• We are unable to provide shipping box(es) to you, you are responsible for supplying a box to ship your unit back to us. We strongly encourage keeping the box your unit comes in for the duration of the Try period.
• RinseKit is not able to refund any expedited shipping fees associated with returned Try Before You Buy orders. It is up to the customer if they choose to select an expedited ship method and they will take responsibility for those shipping fees.
