RinseKit Warranty

RinseKit is synonymous with quality. Every part is designed, selected with care and rigorously tested. After it's built, we take it to the road to make sure it can handle real-word abuse- and it does! Our current return rate is less than 3%.

This warranty extends to the original buyer only. Products purchased from third party retailers, such as (but not limited to) Amazon and Ebay, are not covered by the warranty because we cannot monitor the condition unauthorized sellers offer our products in. Amazon purchases from the RinseKit US seller only are covered by the warranty since that account is owned and operated by us directly.

If your RinseKit was a gift, a proof of purchase is still required to validate a warranty claim. If the gifter is not willing to disclose this information to you, they are welcome to complete the warranty form on your behalf. Exchanges and replacements are only available for items of equal or lesser value.

3.5 Gallon PRO (6 Month Warranty)

  • Free - Covers:
    • Free replacement if malfunction occurs.
  • Does Not Cover:
    • Breaks, cracks, or leaks caused by accidents or misuse.
    • Replacement of spare parts if lost or misplaced. (Spray nozzle, Quick Connect, On/Off Valve, etc.)
    • NOTE: Any dismantling of the unit will void your warranty.

3.5 Gallon PRO (Additional 6 Month Extended Warranty* for 1-year total coverage) $29.95

  • *Our 6-month additional extended warranty is only available within the first 14 days of purchase of the PRO.
  • Covers:
    • Leaks.
    • Replacement of spare parts.
    • Replacement of battery/chargers.
    • Replacement of unit in case of manufacturer defect.
  • If an extended warranty for the PRO is purchased AFTER the 14-day period it is considered NOT VALID and NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Multiple extended warranties purchased at one time equates to ONE 6-month extended warranty. Warranties will NOT stack. One PRO purchase = one 6-month extended warranty.

4.5 Gallon PRO PAK (6 Month Warranty)

  • Free - Covers:
    • Free replacement if malfunction occurs, while supplies lasts. In the event the PRO PAK has sold out, RinseKit will provide a refund.
  • Does Not Cover:
    • Breaks, cracks, or leaks caused by accidents or misuse.
    • Replacement of spare parts if lost or misplaced. (Spray nozzle, Quick Connect, On/Off Valve, etc.)
    • NOTE: Any dismantling of the unit or its internal parts will void your warranty.

4.5 Gallon PRO PAK (Additional 6 Month Extended Warranty* for 1-year total coverage) $44.95

    •   Malfunction of unit (Red "overheating" light has turned on more than once)
  • Does Not Cover:
    •   Crushed cord (caused from closing tailgate or car door on cord)
    •   Corrosion

Auto Nozzle & Mounts (1 Year Limited Warranty)

  • Free - Covers:
    •   Malfunction of unit.
  • Does Not Cover:
    •   Broken mounts/clamps.
    •   Replacement of lost mounts/clamps.

  • Free - Covers:
    •   Malfunction of unit
    • • Breaks, cracks (upon arrival) or leaks
    • • Replacement if lights/button/gas valve fail
    • • Replacement of lost spare parts such as: Carry bag, shower head nozzle, power cord, quick connect, or gas regulator
  • Does Not Cover:
    •   Breaks, cracks or leaks caused by accidents or misuse
    •   Overheating caused by using the incorrect spray nozzle

Shelter Shower Tent (6 Month Warranty)

  • Free - Covers:
    •   Any broken pieces upon arrival
    • • Lost/broken/ripped pockets, towel rack, fly etc. at a “spare parts” fee

Warranty FAQ's

Why do I have to fill out a warranty form?

While filing a warranty claim, you may notice we ask a lot of questions, that’s because we document every claim for future reference. All submitted warranties are used to help us understand the workmanship of our products and allow us to provide our manufacturers more insight on things we may not see in our warehouse inspections.  

Why do I need to provide proof of purchase while filing a warranty claim?

We understand that a receipt can't always be kept, however warranties are time sensitive, as they depend on the date and store you purchased your RinseKit. An order number or screenshot of a receipt will be enough to act as proof of purchase.  

RinseKit will warranty units purchased through RinseKit.com and authorized RinseKit resellers. We cannot monitor the condition of RinseKit products being sold by unauthorized sellers. Therefore, we require proof of purchase to verify the origin of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranties do not apply to the following:

  Shipping cost of replacement/replacement parts.
• Wear and tear such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
• Damage arising from either road hazards or driving off road.
• Damage arising from liquids other than water.
• Damage arising from extremely cold/freezing or high temperatures.

NOTE: Any dismantling of the PRO or PRO PAK will void your warranty.
