RinseKit Warranty

RinseKit is synonymous with quality. Every part is designed, selected with care and rigorously tested. After it's built, we take it to the road to make sure it can handle real-word abuse- and it does! Our current return rate is less than 3%.

This warranty extends to the original buyer only. Products purchased from third party retailers, such as (but not limited to) Amazon and Ebay, are not covered by the warranty because we cannot monitor the condition unauthorized sellers offer our products in. Amazon purchases from the RinseKit US seller only are covered by the warranty since that account is owned and operated by us directly.

If your RinseKit was a gift, a proof of purchase is still required to validate a warranty claim. If the gifter is not willing to disclose this information to you, they are welcome to complete the warranty form on your behalf. Exchanges and replacements are only available for items of equal or lesser value.

• Crushed cord (caused from closing tailgate or car door on cord)
• Corrosion

• Replacement if lights/button/gas valve fail
• Replacement of lost spare parts such as: Carry bag, shower head nozzle, power cord, quick connect, or gas regulator

• Breaks, cracks or leaks caused by accidents or misuse
• Overheating caused by using the incorrect spray nozzle

• Broken mounts/clamps

Please file a warranty claim here
and provide us with all of the information required. Our customer service team will get back to you promptly and, if you are within the warranty period, offer either a refund or the option to upgrade for a fee.

While filing a warranty claim, you may notice we ask a lot of questions, that’s because we document every claim for future reference. All submitted warranties are used to help us understand the workmanship of our products and allow us to provide our manufacturers more insight on things we may not see in our warehouse inspections.   

We understand that a receipt can't always be kept, however warranties are time sensitive, as they depend on the date and store you purchased your RinseKit. An order number or screenshot of a receipt will be enough to act as proof of purchase.  

RinseKit will warranty units purchased through RinseKit.com and authorized RinseKit resellers. We cannot monitor the condition of RinseKit products being sold by unauthorized sellers. Therefore, we require proof of purchase to verify the origin of purchase. 

Send a photo to us (at info@rinsekit.com) of the piece/spare part you need, and we will get back to you whether or not we have it in our warehouse. We do have most parts available, however we cannot guarantee availability. If you are in need of a drain plug, they can be purchased here.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranties do not apply to the following:

• Shipping cost of replacement / replacement parts.
• Wear and tear such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
• Damage arising from either road hazards or driving off road.
• Damage arising from liquids other than water.
• Damage arising from extremely cold/freezing or high temperatures.

NOTE: Any dismantling of the PRO or PRO PAK or their internal parts will void the warranty.
