RinseKit Warranty

RinseKit is synonymous with quality. Every part is designed, selected with care and rigorously tested. After it's built, we take it to the road to make sure it can handle real-word abuse- and it does! Our current return rate is less than 3%.

This warranty extends to the original buyer only. Products purchased from third party retailers, such as (but not limited to) Amazon and Ebay, are not covered by the warranty because we cannot monitor the condition unauthorized sellers offer our products in. In the event you purchased a RinseKit product from Amazon or Ebay, we highly recommend contacting the seller to see if they can provide assistance.

If your RinseKit was a gift, a proof of purchase is still required to validate a warranty claim. If the gifter is not willing to disclose this information to you, they are welcome to complete the warranty form on your behalf.

Is your battery powered RinseKit out of warranty?


If your battery powered RinseKit (RinseKit PRO, PRO PAK, Cube or Rack Shower) is no longer covered under warranty, don't worry, we offer repair services.

If your RinseKit is malfunctioning or broken, we are happy to repair it for a fee of $40. Shipping it to us would be your responsibility, however once the repair is done, we will ship it back to you for free!

Please read the following before filling our the Repair Request Form:

  • Do NOT ship a RinseKit to us before filling out the Return Request Form and receiving approval from our customer service department. RinseKit is not responsible for units returned without approval.
  • We are unable to provide shipping box(es) for items being returned. You, the customer, are responsible for supplying a box to ship your unit back to us.
  • This repair option only applies to battery powered RinseKits.
  • This does not cover cosmetic repairs.

Warranty FAQs


Warranty Exclusions


Our warranties do not apply to the following:

  • Refurbished units.
  • Shipping cost of replacement / replacement parts
  • Wear and tear such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation
  • Damage arising from either road hazards or driving off road
  • Damage arising from liquids other than water
  • Damage arising from extremely cold/freezing or high temperatures

    NOTE: Any tampering/dismantling of the RinseKit or its internal parts will void the warranty
